2 ounces well chilled Malossol caviar
8 each Blinis
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Cornichons
4 large chopped Hard-cooked eggs
2 tablespoons Capers

Serve the Malossol caviar in a glass bowl centered on a silver relish tray. Place the sour cream, cornichons, chopped egg yolks, chopped egg whites and capers around the caviar and next to the Blinis.
Each person receives a small plate and serves themselves a Blinis and caviar with the condiments of their choosing. Serve with small glasses of well-chilled Russian vodka.
