Yields 8 Portions
16 ounces softened Cream cheese
8 1/2 ounces drained, chopped Artichoke hearts
1 small grated Onion
3 1/5 ounces drained Caviar
2 large grated Hard-boiled eggs

Mix cream cheese and artichoke hearts with mixer. Add grated onion. Mold into a circle on a serving tray.
Before serving, spread caviar on top of cream cheese mixture and place grated egg on top of caviar. Serve with crackers.
Mold can be made in advance and caviar and egg added before serving.
