1/2 cup low-fat Sour Cream
2 tablespoon low-fat Margarine
1 tablespoon Skim milk
1 tablespoon Horseradish
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Hot sauce
8 ounces low-fat Cream cheese
4 ounces low-fat, shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 pound fresh Crab meat
1/8 teaspoon Paprika

Position knife blade in food processor and add sour cream, margarine, skim milk, horseradish, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and cream cheese. Process until smooth.
Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cheddar cheese and crab. Cover and chill for about 1 hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with paprika. Serve with unsalted crackers or vegetables.
