2 ea 4 ounce Swordfish steak
1 clove minced Garlic, fresh
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Basil, fresh
3/4 cup sliced Radishes
2 ounces Snow peas, fresh
1 pinch Black pepper, ground
2 ea peeled Carrots
Add these ingredients to your Shopping List.

Place Swordfish steaks on a rack coated with cooking spray. Place rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Combine garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and vegetable oil. Brush fish with half of mixture. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon basil.

Broil in the oven, 6 inches from heat source, for 6 minutes. Turn fish, brush with the remaining lemon juice mixture. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Broil an additional 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Set aside and keep warm.

Meanwhile, cut carrots into strips and arrange in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes. Add radishes and steam an additional 2 minutes. Add snow peas and steam for 30 seconds longer. Place vegetables in a bowl and gently toss with the remaining lemon juice and the pepper. Serve with the Swordfish Steaks.
