2 cups Corn
4 ounces All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Sugar
1/4 cup melted Butter
4 large lightly beaten Eggs
1 quart Milk

In a casserole dish mix corn, flour, salt, sugar and butter.
Beat eggs and milk together. Stir into the corn mixture.
Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The top should be lightly brown and the center should be firm.
This is great as a lunch dish or as a side for your main course.
